During the 2 days of training, Marina Borisova and Ivan Shchadranok, the experts of the “Covenant of Mayors” office in Belarus, and Julia Kuhtinskaya, financial manager of ¨Interakcia¨ Foundation paid special attention to the theoretical and practical aspects of the entire project development period - from selecting a problem to identifying financial institutions and donors.

The participants learnt how to prioritize actions to reduce negative environmental impacts and transform these activities into financially and economically attractive project proposals.

For training purposes, all representatives of cities were divided into several groups of conditional municipalities, who were tasked to prepare project proposals and submit them to other groups and coaches. As a result, all participants of the training received the qualified advices.
